Natalie N. Kuehler

Principal

Natalie Kuehler is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York with extensive experience in complex litigation. Her current practice focuses on water rights and land use matters for individuals and companies. At DOJ, Ms. Kuehler focused on environmental lawsuits involving the CWA and Safe Drinking Water Act. She also represented the U.S. in some of the largest environmental bankruptcies, including the GM and Chemtura proceedings. At the same time, Ms. Kuehler successfully pursued major hospital corporations for Medicare fraud and represented the U.S. in numerous civil rights actions. Prior to joining DOJ, Ms. Kuehler clerked for a federal judge and worked as a litigation associate for Sullivan & Cromwell's white collar criminal defense and international litigation groups in New York City.
